Registration Process

01. Sign Up

Sign up with us.  Ensure the program and the subjects that you need tutoring on.  Also describe your situation so that your tutor can make adequate preparation.

02. Choose a tutor

Choose a Tutor. Evaluate your needs against the tutor's or academic coach's profile.   You can then select and book by calendar.  If tutor is booked, please go through the list and choose an alternate.

03. Make payment

Make payment through an easy process. If you have chosen the pay as you go plan, then you will be expected to pay for the session before you book. If you are on a subscription plan,  then you can just login and book the session.

04. Book Session

Start your tutoring sessions! You will be sent an email with a link to your lesson space that will be used for one on one instruction between tutor and the student.  You will get reminders before the session time as a courtesy.  If you are having technical issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. 

Requirements

✓ Student must be enrolled in a junior high school, high school or college program.

✓ Home school students must show approval of state or an approved curriculum

✓ Student should take responsibility on setting their own reminders for booked session.  If adequate notice is not given to cancel or change a session, the student may not be able to reschedule a session.  We also send out email and SMS Text reminders.

✓ Academic coaching is intended to work with students over a period to improve academic performance.   Coaches can help identify and advise students, however, it is up to the student to correct their behavior.  The coaches will be there to support, however, it is ultimately left to the student to put advice and recommendation into practice.
